Lovely, light, ensuite double loft in family home

We usually airbnb our loft room which is a lovely, bright double with an ensuite shower/bath bathroom. We are a family of four with two young girls, looking for a woman professional or student to rent our top room for up to nine months. We are taking a break from airbnb as sometimes it doesn't feel safe having strangers in the house with our daughters.

We are usually finished in the kitchen by 7pm every evening, and you would have this and the living room to yourself to enjoy. We have an aga and a conventional oven. Dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

We ideally want someone who is self sufficient as we are busy looking after the girls and work full time. You will need to be tidy up after yourself and respect we want to keep our home as safe environment for our children. They are great kids and our airbnb guests have all certainly enjoyed meeting them!

The house is in Bear Flat with a Tesco at the end of the road, and about a fifteen minute walk to the train station, with regular buses. Parking permits are possible but cost £160 a year - shorter options for permits available or there is some free parking on surrounding roads.
