The room is furnished, light and airy with a large window and fireplace. I also have a desk set up for home working in the dining room.
The house has been lovingly decorated to a high standard. In the dining room there is a wood burner which is perfect for winter. The kitchen is fully equipped; there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside there is a decked garden with sofa seating.
The house is a 5 minute walk into town and 15 minute walk to Bath Spa train station.
All bills are included but extra use of gas and electricity is an additional amount.
Permit parking is available at an additional cost.
You’d be sharing with a lovely girl called Olivia, she’s in her mid 20’s working in Bath. She also has a cat called Luna.
