Unfurnished double room in 2 person house share

We have a spare bedroom available for a 1 year lease in a lovely, spacious house in Odd Down, Bath due to my housemate moving out.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 spare room that can be used for storage, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a garden with a shed with plenty of room to store bikes etc. The kitchen is fitted with a fan oven, electric hobs, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. The house is unfurnished, however we've put armchairs and coffee tables in the living room and so you'd only need the minimum of bedroom furniture.

The area is very well connected to both the University of Bath and the city centre with regular buses leaving from stops that are less than a 5 minute walk from the house. If you have a car there is also free on-street parking available right in front of the house.

I am a Postdoc working at the University of Bath and so I'm looking for another similarly easygoing, social young professional to share with. The property is managed by a letting agency who will also require a reference and credit check of the new tenant for a one-off £50 fee after which you will be named on the new contract for the property. Council tax/bills/internet vary depending on the time of year but these come to an average of about £150 per month.
