I am looking for someone to take a room to replace my friend and join me. I am PHD student at university of Bath. The house has:
-Large new kitchen
-Large Living Room
-Good sized bathroom (shared between us)
-Washing machine, Tumble drier, and Fridge.
Everything is furnished
the bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe.
No parking permit
The house is located Belgrave Crescent ( 10 min walk to city centre)
Rent is £535 and bills are not included (approximately £50 per person)
I am ideally looking for someone that wants somewhere nice to call home and will be a good fit with the current housemate (me :D).
