2 professional females looking for a housemate

Hi!

Our housemate is sadly moving and we're looking to fill a double bedroom in our lovely house in Bath from middle - end of July

We're in a great location right near Morrison's and a petrol station, with on street parking nearby, and with an easy walk into town (around 10 mins).

The house is on a quiet street with a sitting room, nice kitchen/dining area, shared bathroom and a cute garden.

The bedroom is on the ground floor of the house. There's also a built-in cupboard for storage and plenty of shelving. There is a window but it does go into the kitchen, but you get lots of natural light in through there.

We're both 31 year old professionals working near Bath. We like going out for a drink, going to gigs, salsa dancing etc but also enjoy an evening in with some wine. Other hobbies - a good tv series, the gym, cooking.

Looking for a friendly, tidy and clean person to share our house with. Our preference would ideally be for a guy because we liked the dynamic with our previous housemate.

Bills are usually approx £130 a month each including council tax, electricity and gas, water, WiFi, TV license. Also, no deposit required!
