We are two 22 and 23 year old professionals looking for another 20-something to join our clan!
Our current flatmate is moving out and Emma and I are looking for another housemate to join us from Saturday 12 June.
We live in a first floor flat (maisonette) and the room that is becoming available is on the ground floor, is unfurnished, spacious, has a sink, and is well-lit.
We’re after someone who is outgoing, loves to socialise, likes to attend group outgoings and also wants to spend their time with us as a household (girly wine nights and Thursday film nights is our weekly regular), but also likes to have their own downtime separately from others, as sometimes our social batteries run very low!
If you have a partner or are currently seeing someone, we’d love for you to introduce them to us. However, we expect you to spend an equal amount of time at their place as well as having them here in the flat.
In terms of cleanliness, we’d prefer for someone to take care of their own mess, especially in communal spaces (kitchen, bathroom etc), is respectful of other people’s belongings and will help out equally with house chores like cleaning the flat, emptying/taking out the bins etc. We like to make our house (flat) a home! We also have a slight house plant addiction, so fellow plant lovers please apply!
