This house is currently occupied by a PhD student and recent masters graduate, now working. The downstairs bedroom has become available from Monday, and is available for a minimum of 1 month.
The bedroom is reasonably sized with a double bed with blackout blinds, a wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, bedside tables, a mirror, a desk and workstation setup.
There is one upstairs bathroom which has newly refurbished, with a brand new boiler, and then a downstairs outdoor toilet. It's a good option for garden parties!
The house is fully kitted out (cutlery, plates, pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle, toaster - you name it!).
This house is more of a home than a typical student house - it's kept very clean, and it's got a really nice feel about it.
