Replacement for a tenant in a 5 bedroom house

I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy as I won’t be able to make it to Bath due to COVID-related reasons. The house is in a great location in Oldfield Park and has 5 bedrooms. It’s three minutes walk from the Moorland Road shops (including Sainsbury’s and Co-op) and very close to U1 bus stops. There are 2 girls and 2 guys as of now and all are 2nd-year undergrads at the University of Bath. They are very friendly and welcoming people who would love to hang out with you. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a basin. The rent is £485 per month. Utilities are billed according to usage and vary widely but a good rule of thumb is £10 per service per tenant per month. For gas, electricity, water, and internet (the standard set of services), that is £40 per month. The tenancy started in July and goes on till June 2022. The rent for July has already been paid for and I’m looking for a replacement ASAP, possibly starting September or even before that.
