The room is a loft bedroom which has a lovely garden view and is quiet and suitable for studying. It is difficult to photograph but has a double bed area, desk and storage cupboards and drawers.

The house is modern, well equipped kitchen & bathroom (with shower) and peaceful garden.

Shared bathroom and kitchen and downstairs cloakroom.

Utilities included (Council Tax not included, if not exempt £120 per month) Parking can be available by arrangement. This house suits someone who enjoys sharing their space with the two resident felines.

Also living here is a young woman who has come from Ukraine to the UK for a safe home.
