Two double rooms, a minute away from Bath Abbey

Hi all, I am looking for two postgrads to join me in a 3-bed flat, right at the centre of Bath (the Abbey/Roman bath are less than a minute of a walk). 🙂

There are two rooms going, a smaller double (not a box room, there is more than enough space for a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk in there) for £610/month plus bills (about £50/month) and a larger double for £635.

The flat itself is stunning, newly refurbished to a very high standard with a corner bath (happy to send videos/pictures), the only catch is that it comes unfurnished. With that said, this gives us to opportunity to make it really homely, which is a big plus. 🙂🏠 (We do have furniture from last year so we can work something out on that front, too.)

The tenancy renews on Sept 13th but the agency is hoping to start finalising the contract by August so please only reach out if that is alright on your end. 🙂

As a student, you will need a UK-based guarantor with an annual income of at least 18k or there is also an option to pay 6 months upfront.
