We manage our houses personally and have a close working relationship with our tenants, who know they can reach us when they need us. Anything that crops up during your tenancy gets resolved in a quick and friendly manner.

There is plenty of on road parking available near the house. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away which has great links to university buses. The house is fully HMO licensed with BANES Council so you have peace of mind that it is a safe place to live too.

In terms of what you need to pay to secure the property, we charge a deposit of £4638 which is held with the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of your tenancy. The rental cost per month is £4020 is payable when your tenancy starts. There are no hidden costs.
