Our friendly, calm house in Claverton Down has room for someone looking for a home!
Ideal for the University of Bath, our house is within easy walking distance of the campus. Also great if you work in Bath as a free bus service runs, Monday to Friday, from outside the house!
The bedroom has a lovely view over the back garden. It has a small double bed along with a bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. It has just been decorated and has a new mattress, curtains, etc.
We share the kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room, bathroom, shower room, cloakroom and garden. The dining room is currently a working from home area but quickly reverts back to a lovely eating space when needed. You will be sharing with 4 people of varying ages (1 community worker working from home and partner, 1 baker and 1 post grad at Bath Spa Uni), along with a very small dog.
There is a large back garden with table and chairs and lots of opportunities for growing your own for any budding gardener!
We are looking for a female wanting to call a house a home, rather than short term lets.
£595 per month INCLUDING ALL BILLS AND DECENT WIFI + deposit of £250 and references. No agency fees.
