We have a double room available to rent now. We are looking for someone to join our housemates who already live in the house. The house currently has two girls and one guy in theirs 20s who are working professionals

The property comprises 4 bedrooms which are all quite compact but are all fully furnished. There is one shared bathroom in the property located downstairs with a shower over the bath.

The communal areas downstairs consist of a kitchen with a double fridge freezer, induction hob, oven and washer/dryer. There is also a breakfast bar ideal for dining or occasional working from home.

There is a good size rear garden with a grass area and patio - perfect for the summer!

The house is ideally located in the area of Southdown which is near Oldfield Park. Glebe Road leads off Southdown Road which has a bus stop on the junction taking you straight into town in circa 10 minutes. Not far away is Moorland Road which provides a number of facilities (supermarket, take-away, charity shop, hairdressers).

The council tax band for the property is group C
