Hi hi!
So I’ve a furnished double bedroom available in my lovely house on Shophouse Road. Want it?!

The house is great and has a lovely little garden, a nice galley kitchen with all the bits it's supposed to have (washing machine, dishwasher, couple of fridges, freezer), living room with a corner sofa and large tv, and a bathroom with additional downstairs loo.

The room is furnished (bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, small cupboard, desk and chair) and is light, airy and quiet, being at the back of the house.
The room is £500 with a £300 deposit, and monthly bills of council tax/water/wifi ontop (£107).
Gas and electricity are separate and paid quarterly.

It's about a 20-25 min walk to town, or there is a bus stop just across the road.
If you drive, there is also a good amount of on street (free!) space just outside.

Lidl is a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the joys of the M&S Foodhall at the bottom of the road. So reassuringly expensive!
Moorland Road and Oldfield Park train station are a 10 min walk as well.

We’re looking for a gainfully employed, considerate, clean/tidy female, who is happy to have some wine and socialise, but who’s also happy with their own space and will treat the house like a home - not a party house - and isn’t afraid to pitch in with keeping the place looking nice.
No undergrad students, couples, children or pets. So sorry.
