Our beautiful family home is in a highly sought after and very quiet area of Bathwick, just off Bathwick Hill/North Road. It is within 10 minutes' walk of Great Pulteney Street, while being minutes from beautiful National Trust meadows and woods, and the Canal.
The room has been recently converted, is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors and has stunning views of Bath. Freesat TV and fridge is provided as well as a small food preparation area, fitted wardrobe, double bed, large round 1950s maple wood table and two chairs, chest of drawers etc.
We have 3 young children but as we have sufficient space on the first floor so are looking for a professional/postgraduate lodger who would like to live in their own space, but in a busy but friendly family home.
There is food preparation counter/cabinet space and fridge in the room, and you would also be welcome to use the oven in our family kitchen, and washing machine and dryer in the laundry, when those rooms are not in use. Quiet enjoyment of the garden is also possible when not in use.
Rent includes weekly cleaning.
