I'm looking for a new, long term housemate.
I work with teenagers with emotional and behavioural needs - so it goes without saying that I have a good sense of humour.
The house is in Oldfield Park and set in a quiet area with easy on street parking and local amenities (Moorland Rd) a five minute walk away.
It's a quick 200m walk to the bus stop or a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Bath.
The house has a generous kitchen/diner with new white goods and the benefit of a tumble-dryer. The living room is bright and cosy. The garden is pretty, sunny and has a seating area and pond.
The double room available to let has recently been redecorated and recarpeted. It has a large built -in wardrobe, plenty of storage and a new double bed - it's warm and cosy, and has desk space for laptops etc.
I would ideally like to share with a friendly person of a similar age who wants a cheerful and relaxing home. A willingness to share with the household duties and cleaning is essential!!
I'm afraid the room is not available to a couple.
Bills (Water, Council tax, Gas, Electricity, phone, broadband and TV Licence) are not included in the rent and amount to approx. £175.00 per month.
