Lovely light room in family home, central Bath

We are looking for a female ONLY (no exceptions, so sorry), up to 26 years old, to rent this room in a quiet and beautiful part of Bath, 5 minutes' walk from Bath train station and just down the hill from Bath University. We are looking to fill the room as soon as possible.

The room is fresh and bright, with a lovely view over our leafy, quiet street. It's a smallish space and so may be best for people looking for a shorter let. There's a shower/bathroom shared with one other female lodger and the kitchen is available to use for light cooking. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer and free parking. available nearby. Rent includes all bills. Unfortunately, as we work from home, we don't offer the room for people also working, or studying, from home.

We are two people in their 50s whose kids have now left home. We're relaxed, sociable, outgoing, interested in people, nature and food! We love to offer a space to live that's relaxed and welcoming and are looking for someone to share our home who's confident and comfortable socialising and also has interest and activities that keep them busy outside the house. We have a small brown dog in the household!

We like to keep our house fresh, tidy and clean, which means we're looking for some to share who also likes to keep things nice. We particularly value an approach in people that's interested, respectful, friendly and cheerful. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:)
