I'm looking for someone to take the other double room in my house, ill be living here for a few more months then potentially away for work for the summer when i'd get someone else to fill my space temporarily, open to options with this! :D

Looking for someone to move in from around mid april onwards, no later than start of May.

The house is a 15 minute walk from Bedminster station and a 30 minute walk to Bristol City centre. The house backs onto a field/park and there are plenty of shops within a 5 minute walk, the nearest supermarket being a 5 minute walk to LIDL as well as a 10-15 min walk to North Street.

It's got a downstairs WC + upstairs bathroom, kitchen furnished with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, hob/oven, living room with PS4, widescreen TV and sofa. The double room being taken will be unfurnished although can discuss arranging for a bed to be put in. Good size garden for the summer as we're on the corner, shed has ample space for some storage still and the outhouse/studio is a converted double garage with portable heating, some soundproofing, TV and is a really nice space for creativity and exercise. . On the other side of the studio is the Malago river so no neighbours on that side. Both the house and studio are alarmed. There is also a loft space for additional storage.

Im super chilled but sociable and open to chatting with anyone about their living requirements :) Be great to live with someone in the creative/arts industries but also anyone positive with a passion for life! <3
