I am looking for a tenant to move in to my two bedroom house. You'll be sharing with me, 31, female. My hobbies include: pottery, netball, country walks and seeing friends.

Bed frame, drawers and wardrobe is provided. The room is a large double with a huge wardrobe with mirror doors.
Room is large enough to work from if working from home.
Garden is big and south facing and also patio area, decking and sun loungers.. It is currently being renovated but is still nice to sit in on sunny days.
Have started to build an allotment so if you enjoy gardening that would be ideal! Feel free to make it your own!
The house is located just off Saint Johns Lane, 10 minute walk to Lidl and a 10 minute walk to Victoria park. It takes around 25 minutes to walk to the centre. North Street is only about 15 minutes away and has lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and bars.
