Large en suite double bedroom for rent in homely houseshare just off North Street, Bedminster.

We are two professional females (28 and 29) looking for a fun, friendly and tidy new female housemate to share our home with us!

The room available is a large double with an en suite bathroom. It is part furnished which includes the bed and mattress. The house also has another separate bathroom, large kitchen, dining area, lounge and small garden.

Our road is adjacent to North Street, which is home to buzzy restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a weekly food market! The city centre is a 30 minute walk, and there is a bus stop <1 minute walk away with services running directly to the centre every 10-15 mins.

We take pride in where we live, so are looking for someone likeminded who will respect the property, keep it clean and tidy and treat it as their home! In the week we are quite busy but enjoy a good Netflix binge together in the evenings! Weekends are for exploring Bristol or enjoying a glass of wine on the sofa.

£400 pcm + £110 pcm for all bills. The deposit is £433 and there is a £150 admin/referencing fee. Minimum term 6 months.
