Good value room in a decent size terrace with lounge, dining area and kitchen, as well as a garden. Room is unfurnished, but rest of house is furnished. Loads of storage arojnd the house, and there is a hallway cupboard opposite the room.

Location wise, there is parking as well as easy access to buses and a 20 min walk to Temple Meads. Victoria Park and pubs are nearby, and there is a supermarket in walking distance.

About me: I work for the civil service, and outside of work I help run Bristol's LGBT+ football team. I am averagely sociable - quite quiet when tired after a day's work, but enjoy seeing friends otherwise, including hosting meals etc. Understanding of a housemate's space, so happy to vacate living/dining room if they have people round as necessary, with the occasional expectation in return.

In terms of a housemate - looking for a guy who is somewhere near average on the friendliness, loudness and tidyness scale.

Living room has large tv with virgin media and bt sport, and broadband is inc in bills. Kitchen is well equipped and I'm happy to share stuff.
