The house, the room and the tenants

This home has two existing housemates, Hannah and myself. We’re looking for happy, clean, domesticated, professional people to fill a spacious master bedroom in a terraced house just off North Street in Bedminster/Southville. The house is situated close to all the convenient delights that North Street has to offer including an Aldi, Souk Kitchen, Tobacco factory blah blah! The bedroom comes unfurnished, except for a double wardrobe. It’s also north facing onto the garden facing. A decent size for a third bedroom, enough room for double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws or desk.

The house has a warm homely feel to it with a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard and fridge and freezer space. There are two living rooms, the main room and the dining room which will be a second living room once I've bought the sofa bed (unless you have one), but for now it's used to dry clothes in.

The garden is a little sun trap and in the summer you will often find me in garden soaking up the sun possibly with a barby on the go and a beer.

Parking is usually OK unless Bristol City or Bristol Bears are playing at home, which happen every couple of weeks.

We’re very sociable and friendly people, who are looking for a tidy, respectful housemate, although it would be a bonus if you can share in the banter and the odd drink.
