A very nice large double room, furnished with a king size bed and two wardrobes a desk and chair , , the flat comprises of a small dining room attached to the kitchen, and a small shower room. There is a loft that can be used for a small amount of storage. This is a very peacful flat. I work away from Monday to Friday and ill be away most weekends also . .I have one lodger already who works alot so it's a quiet flat most of the time . I need someone trustworthy and sensible so I don't have to worry while I'm working away. It's very close to all the major transport links, right next to parson Street train station and excellent bus connections. Perfect for any airport workers. This is a short term let for three months so ideal for anyone new to bristol, looking for something short term until they find they're way around. It could turn into a long term let depending on the person but initially for three months, I ask 4 weeks in advance 500 and 250 deposit the deposit will automatically go towards the next few weeks rent rent so basically its 6 weeks up front.=750 The flat is in a cul de sac on the edge of a council estate so the kerb apeal is not outstanding but it's very quiet, peaceful, safe and secure. I'm very clean, tidy and respectfull. This is not a party flat, we do sometimes have a beer / glass of wine at weekends but no party's no nonsense .the pictures are of the other room., the room advertised is actually bigger . There is no formal contract and the deposit turns into the 5th and 6th weeks rent .if you want to leave for any life reasons your not tied into a contract. But rent is not refunded.
