2 rooms in friendly house with piano

I am looking for two female tenants to live in a house which was previously my home, together with my current male tenant who is already living here. I am looking for people who would look after the house well, as the carpets are cream coloured, so you would have to not mind taking your shoes off to go upstairs and into the bedrooms. I currently have one male tenant, so there would be three of you in total. I am looking for friendly and considerate people to live in this terraced house which is on top of Windmill Hill. The garden is big and secluded, lovely for hanging out on sunny days, and it is just a few metres from Victoria Park.
I love nature, and my garden is lovely for wildlife - quite overgrown but full of birds and insects and frogs! I try and live my life with respect to the environment and try and buy ecologically friendly products where possible. I'm looking for tenants who have a similar outlook.
The current tenant is an Environmental Science student ( slightly more mature in age though than the usual student intake ) and yoga teacher. He is interested in music (plays guitar) and circus skills.
Please note there is only one bathroom between the three tenants. The bathroom contains both toilet and shower/bath.
I would also like to find someone who is happy to do their share of cleaning, and keeping the house tidy, and also happy to do their washing up immediately (the kitchen is used by three people so necessary to keep it clean so the next person is able to cook in a clean environment).
I would also like to find someone friendly and kind, who is a good communicator, and finds it easy to get on with others.
Bills are all inclusive of : water, council tax and broadband, but gas and electricity are extra and payable via pre- payment meter so it is easy to split between the three tenants.
