Large bright double room, Mon - Fri Let, bills inc

We are looking to rent a room in our house to someone who needs a Monday - Friday let. The room is a large south facing double room which comes furnished with a desk, bed, chest of drawers and sole use of one wardrobe (there are two built in wardrobes and we store some items in the other wardrobe).

The house has one bathroom with a shower over a bath and toilet etc as well as a separate toilet downstairs. There is a kitchen, living room and large dining room which would all be shared space. We have a cleaner which comes around every 2 weeks and cleans the bathroom / kitchen etc so that really helps to stay on top of the cleaning but we would want the kitchen / dishes etc cleaned after use.

There is a large garden as well which you are welcome to enjoy and a garage for storing bikes / other bits and bobs (within reason!). We have a driveway which potentially could fit another car on (depending on size of car) but on street parking is also usually very easy.

The house is 15 mins to all the bars / shops on North Street and about 25 mins walk to Temple Meads train station / town.

We are a couple in our 30's who both work full time. so weeks are quite busy though we will often go out running / gym-ing / yoga-ing on evenings during the week. We are both sociable though do also appreciate peace and quiet after a busy day at work!

We also have an incredibly friendly cat who likes to have a cuddle with everyone!
