Large room on a quiet street in Bedminster

We are Harry and Joe, working in Bristol. Our current, 3rd housemate is sadly moving out and we're looking for someone friendly to take his place.

The room available is a large bright room at the front of the house with nice big windows looking out on to the quiet street.

It's a big house with a modern kitchen (with views out towards Ashton Court Estate), with washing machine, a large, open-plan living room and dining room and a nice garden for summer BBQs. (sadly some of the furniture pictured will be leaving with our current housemate)

We're located just 5 minutes walk from North Street, where there are lots of great shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Temple Meads train station is a 30 minute walk and town is about 25 minutes, all very cycle-able.
