Bedminster - A room to rent

The room

Hi,

We are going to have a room to rent from the 16th of November.

The flat is located next to Victoria Park in Bedminster. Postcode BS3 4LT.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. There is also a cool garden in the back.

We are all working professionals 20-30 years old - Kamil, Katherine, and Tom.
We are looking for somebody who is fairly quiet and works full-time.

The property is rented through CJ Hole Southville. There is an ongoing contract.
The deposit for the agent/landlord is £335.

The rent and the bills are paid towards the end of every month - between the 25th and 29th. It comes up to about £350 each.

The flat is only 20 minutes walk from the centre, and a few minutes walk from the big 24/7 ASDA.

The flat is pretty old and so it's not of the highest standard, but it's cheap and in an amazing location. You will be able to save a lot of money.
