Spacious ensuite room in green, central area

We're looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional to share our cosy and comfortable home.

We are a creative, queer friendly, nature loving bunch who value a clean, peaceful and calm living space and are made up of a couple and a part time live in landlord. Whilst friends and family are welcome we are not a party pad and are all non-smokers. We like to be social and love a good engaging chat, and also simultaneously really value and respect boundaries and our alone time. Someone who shares and appreciates that kind of vibe would be brilliant.

As a mix of freelancers, we all work part time from home on occasions throughout the week and would be looking for someone that follows a similar pattern or is out at work full time. Working full time from home wouldn't work for us this end.

The bedroom is large, light and spacious and is on the top floor of the three (and a half!) storey house. It has it's own bathroom which is shared with the landlord who lives remotely mainly but is back on average for a night or two a week. The house is situated on a quiet street in Windmill Hill and is a couple of minutes walk to Victoria Park & Bedminster train station, and a few minutes further to East Street and North Street and all that they both have to offer. It’s then a fifteen/twenty minute walk to Bristol Harbourside with the independent shops, cafes and restaurants of Wapping Wharf

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax) and we have a cleaner fortnightly. Free on street parking is also available.
