We're 3 friends, looking for someone to our join our newly rented stunner of a house, just off North street. The spare room is a double, smallish but lovely, with underfloor heating (2nd picture). The house is unfurnished, rented directly from the friendly owner.
We’re looking for someone who wants to join in making the house homely, be up for hanging out. Think family vibes but in a good way and with a lot of respect for personal space. We're in our late 20s / early 30s, working hard and making the most out of evenings and weekends (cycling, yoga, hiking, climbing, movie nights, festivals, the occasional night out). We work full time and two of us will mostly be working from home.
Due to Covid and such, we’ll start with a virtual viewing, meet outside for a quick chart before organising a viewing with the landlord.
