Room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The house is at the back of an estate and looks over a rugby field. A very peaceful spot. Surrounded by greenery in the summer. I'm currently away so don't have shots of the ensuite yet
I've lived here for 2 and a half years and my tenancy runs out in Mid August. Ideally I can find a replacement tenant and move out in April or May at the latest. You can then extend your contract with the landlord/agency past mid August.
You will be living with drama and film students from UWE. A fairly social but relaxed household. Not the best for party animals.
