We have a small double bedroom (2.5m x 3.5m) available from June in a friendly 3 bed household. Located just off of North Street.
The house is small but very homey. We have a lovely little walled garden where we grow fruit and veggies. If you have greenfingers, you can go nuts and grow whatever you fancy!
We like to cook and hang out and play games together, we like hosting bbq's & dinners etc but aren't an all hours party house. We'd like someone sociable who wants to get involved and occasionally do stuff together in and out the house. The room comes with a double bed and mattress only. Rent includes all bills except gas and electric. (Shared cleaning- no cleaner currently- everyone just does their bit)
