Double room available in friendly Southville house

Living room

The room is available from June 5th and is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe with additional storage space. It is a large room with plenty of space for a double bed and other furniture. The house has 3 bathrooms across the three floors; top floor is equipped with shower, toilet and sink; middle floor with a shower room; and downstairs with a toilet and sink.


It is within a shared house of 6 people, all professionals. Currently, we have 4 girls and 1 boy (21-27 years old) and we are looking for another male to balance our house.

We have a spacious (paved) outdoor/garden area with storage for 5 bikes. There is a shared lounge and large kitchen too. There is a bi-weekly cleaner that comes (for a small additional fee) to clean the communal areas but we are all really tidy and house proud so tend to keep the house clean anyway!


The housemates are all really friendly and we spend a lot of time together but also respect each other's space. We often watch Netflix together, cooking in the kitchen or even the odd game night/drinks (in the house, obviously!).


The house is located in the heart of Southville, within walking and cycling distance just about anywhere in the city. We are really close to Wapping Wharf; Harbourside; North Street and within walking distance of a 24hr Asda, Co-Op, Aldi and Lidl. We also are about a 20-minute walk from City Centre/Cabot Circus and close to Ashton Court too (which is great in summer).

There is street parking available with a parking permit or visitors pass, which can be activated online.
