Master Bedroom to rent | Couples wanted

Hello lovely couples of Bristol,

Sadly, our two housemates (Yannic and Jake) are leaving us with the end of August, and the master bedroom in our beautiful house in Bedminster (BS3) becomes available as of the 1st of September. Lewie and I are on a look out for a lovely COUPLE (unless a single person is willing to cover the cost of the whole room by themselves) to take their place. We’re looking for people to stay at least 6 months but it would be preferred to renew for a whole year, till August 2022.

The room is unfurnished so you can make it your own. It comes at £390 per person + bills. Between 4 people, bills come up to £104pp, that’s including the council tax, water, gas and electric, broadband and the TV license. The deposit is £390 per person.

The rest of the house (fully furnished) comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, downstairs toilet, bathroom with a shower over bath upstairs, and a small office. We also have a lovely garden with a space for growing vegetables!
The house is located just 5 minute walk from South Bristol's hotspot, North Street. For when we can enjoy it again, the area is packed with pubs, cafes, restaurants, markets and quirky shops. The city centre is only 30 mins walk away, but we also have great bus connections, and Parson Street train station is 5 mins walk away. There are many shops nearby - Tesco, Aldi, Sainsburys, you name it we have it. We’re only 25 mins walk away from Aston Court, which is great for walking, cycling or running. Wapping Wharf, with many great restaurants, is only 20 mins walk away!

A little bit about us:

Nat: I’m a 26 year old professional who is currently working from home Monday to Friday as a Marketing Manager. In the evenings and my days off, I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking vegan feasts, exercising, doing embroidery, playing guitar, going on long walks, reading, watching films (love a good series, especially when I can share it with someone else), playing board games.

Lewie: I'm a 24 year old actor, working as a barista in a bakery while looking for acting jobs/writing my own stuff. Avid dad joke enthusiast, huge fan of board games and houseplants, extensive love for film, music, literature and art, total foodie and a perk of the job is that the house is always filled with good sourdough, nice pastries and decent coffee.

Looking for people to chill with on a school night and occasionally let our hair down with on a weekend! We love spending time together, but equally respect each other’s space and enjoy having an evening to ourselves. We’re very tidy and love looking after our space. We’re looking for people with a similar attitude, and who will think of this place as their home.
