Hi! Lottie, Marie and I are looking for a fourth housemate for our beautiful house south of the river. The house is Ashton/Bedminster way, within walking distance of North Street, and a few minutes walk from Parson Street Station. It is also on a central bus route. The house has two bathrooms between four of us, there is a lovely large garden and a huge garage which we have turned into a multi-use storage/chill out space/gym. We work both from home and in the office through the week and we keep the house clean and tidy so it's a nice, happy environment to live in.

The room comes unfurnished and the rent with bills comes to around £575 per month. The deposit is £500. We are looking for a new tenant to move in at the beginning of December as our lovely current housemate is going travelling!

Lottie is 29, likes drawing, generally being creative and keeping fit. She works in construction as a design manager.

Hannah is 27 loves to be outside rain or shine, cooking, and works as an environmental consultant.

Marie is french, 34, loves anything creative, travelling, a good netflix and chill and is attempting a career change towards graphic design!
We like spending time together in and out of the house and also do our own thing and enjoy being independent.

The agency deals with the contracts otherwise our contact is solely with our landlord Ben.
