Unfortunately one of our lovely housemates is moving out in a couple of months but we would love to keep living here so we’re looking for a likeminded person to move in.

Fantastic location literally 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Bristol and a 5 minute walk from North Street.

The house is furnished with furniture we bought and split the cost and the **bedroom is unfurnished**

We’re 24-27 years old and all work full-time. 2 of us work 9-5:30 and the other one works shifts (that mainly fall within 9-5 hours). We enjoy coming home binge watching rubbish TV in the eve and like going out on the weekends! We also respect and enjoy our own chill time


The room is a double with a large amount of storage in the built in cupboard and locks so completely secure. There’s free parking right outside the house and we have a lovely little garden which is a sun trap in summer! There’s one bathroom with a bath and one of the rooms has an en-suite. The bathroom you’ll be using is just shared between 3.

The room will be available from 12th Nov 2023 and the tenancy is 12 months long.

Rent is £700 pcm and bills/council tax/wifi currently cost £124 pcm
