We have a large double room available in the popular area of Bedminster, a stones throw away from Bristol Distilling Co. bar.

The approximate measurements are 12'5 by 11. The room comes unfurnished and is downstairs in the middle of the house between the front room and kitchen and has French doors leading out to the garden.

A bit about the house:
Two storey, three bed house. This is a privately owned house with a private landlord who are easily contactable and efficient at getting things sorted and to a high standard. The pictures from the house are old, however there’s new flooring downstairs in the hallway. The furniture pictured isn't coming with the house as it comes unfurnished.

Downstairs: Upon entry there’s the front room to your left, the downstairs bedroom a little further ahead and then the kitchen at the back of the house. The kitchen and downstairs bedroom both lead out to the garden. There’s also a downstairs toilet and the house comes supplied with new white goods.

Upstairs: two bedrooms, an office and the main bathroom.

A bit about us: we’re two professional females aged 29 and 31, standard 9-5ers. In our spare time we enjoy the usual socialising, going out for food, having a few drinks etc. The house is by no means a party house is as this is our home, however we often have friends over and we probably go out a few times a month. We’re clean and tidy, not clean freaks but we also don’t leave dishes lying around.

Who we’re looking for: ideally we’re looking for a male between the ages of 26-34, also in a 9-5, however we are open if you don’t quite fit the description.

We particularly welcome anyone from the LGBTQ+ community and it is important for us to mention that our home has different cultures and backgrounds.

Deposit: £1000 between the 3 of us, £334

Rent: £1450 each month. £484 each, the total including bills will roughly be around £575.

Move in date 4th October.
