Ensuite double in 2 bed 6th floor Bedminster flat

Hi! I am moving out of my room in my lovely furnished flat and looking for someone to rent from mid-October (some flexibility on start). I own the flat (so will be the landlord) but moving to London to start a new job.

The Room:

Large double room, with its own en-suite bathroom with nice shower, own balcony, king size double, and including two side tables, under bed storage drawers, chest of drawers and enormous built-in wardrobe (so plenty of storage!). One wall onto the balcony is entirely window so really bright and airy, with great unobstructed views due to being on the 6th floor.

Flatmate:

You will be living with Will. He is a friend of mine from school and I've really enjoyed living him for the past 1.5 years! Will is a 25 year old engineer working in renewable energy. He works from home in the main living space (has a desk in there). He is often away for a few days or a week at a time so you'll sometimes have the flat to yourself. He is really friendly and chill to live with, and takes good care of the space.

The Flat:

The flat is on the 6th floor of the large Airpoint development in Bedminster. It has a bright open plan kitchen/diner/living room, with another balcony and more floor to ceiling windows on one side. The whole place is furnished, and includes washer dryer, dishwasher, and loads of fridge/freezer/cupboard space which is plenty for 2 people. There is another second bathroom used by Will and for guests.
The building has a huge roof terrace with incredible views of the city, BBQs, picnic tables, a running track, some outdoor gym equipment and bookable function rooms. A dream to have on a nice evening! And also for fireworks night/new years/balloon fiesta.

The Area:

5 mins to North Street with loads of great cafes and pubs.
Tesco express next door, Lidl round the corner and 15 mins to Sainsburys or Asda.
Very regular buses into the centre or a 30 min walk.
30 min walk to temple meads.

Looking for:
Young professional (20s) who is easy to live with, chill, friendly and responsible.

No pets allowed in the building unfortunately.
No smoking in the flat.


Not included in the rent is council tax, electric and Wi-Fi, which averages at about 100-120 a month each.
