About the house:
Super cheap rental based in Bedminster, right next to Parson street station & the M1 bus route. Ideal for those working in the centre of Bristol as it's a 30 minute walk into town.
2 floors with 3 of the bedrooms upstairs (Me and the the 2 up for rent). 1 bathroom at the rear of the house, large kitchen with washing machine in side room and shared living room.
Garden:
We do have a decent size garden that gets good sun in the summer time & great neighbours either side who are always up for a chat and a BBQ.
Rooms:
We have 2 rooms available, both doubles - though the house is unfurnished, Bedroom 1 does come with a bed, whilst Bedroom 2 comes with a built in wardrobe.
Us:
Myself (23) and my housemate Rob (30) are both professionals working in Bristol. I work as a recruiter, part from home and part in the office, while Rob works in IT in the office full time.
We both enjoy watching sports, visits to the pub, gigs, festivals, films - happy to answer any other questions you have about us. We are quite social and do have friends round often.
