Small room in a nice flat, 20 min walk into town.

Hello, My spare room has become available. Its a small room but it does have a 4ft wide bed, a large wardrobe with 4 large draws in it, a bed side table and a shelving unit with pull down laptop desk which you can see in the picture.

The flat has been recently decorated, new flooring throughout etc. The bathroom has a power shower and a bath plus there is the communal areas.

I'm looking for a non smoker and must be working. The rent is £525 and includes all the bills including internet, toilet rolls and cleaning products, basically, all you pay for is your food. The deposit is £400. For those who would prefer a Monday to Friday rental Im fine with £450pcm. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months.

The room is available from the 6th February 2024.

Ive always had a tenant in my spare room, some people have stayed a few years and some I still meet up with years later. I'm fairly quiet and like my own space but having someone else in the flat is never a problem.
