Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my double room in a three-bed house in Bedminster, Bristol from the 22nd of August 2022 as I am moving for work. Monthly rent is £534.00 BILLS NOT INCLUDED.

A bit about the room and house
This is a lovely, light-filled, SW-facing room that has space for a double bed. It is at the back of the house so is super quiet, away from traffic noise and has a great view of the garden and lovely greenery in the distance. Please note that although this room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished.

The rest of the house has lots of communal storage and loft storage space and has recently been renovated with new appliances and carpets. It has 2 other bedrooms, 1 living room, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area which gets lots of natural light, 2 bathrooms: one on the top floor with a shower and one on the bottom floor which has a bath and shower. There is a 'snug' attached to the kitchen which we are currently using as a storage space for books and crafts stuff, but has the potential to be used as a study area for WFH. The house has a lovely private grass garden and patio at the back of the house which is perfect for summer BBQs and for saying hello to the local cat, Socks. We are also using this space to store our bikes as this is a secure area. There is on-street parking opposite the house and off-street parking up the road if you have a car.

This house is in a great location with lots of transport links to get around the city. It is only a 20-min walk to Harbourside and a 30-min walk to Temple Meads Station, although Parson Street Station is only 30 seconds away, so getting the train is super easy. The house is 5 mins from North Street which has loads of lovely cafes, pubs and shops, and there are plenty of green spaces only short walk away. There is a selection of corner shops within a 5-10 minute walking distance, and bigger supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Asda, Lidl) only about 15 minutes away by foot (and less than 5 by car).

A bit about your new housemates
Hi we are Suzie and Hannah, We both have full-time jobs and we're looking for non-students to live with. We like to keep the house and garden pretty tidy, so we expect you to pitch in with that. We love Bristol so like to make the most of all the fun things to do here - you should be up for a bit of fun and pretty easy-going!'
