Big double room in friendly house share

My partner and I are looking for someone to take over our lovely room in this cute Victorian house in windmill hill.

There’s a lovely vibe in the house, people often like to hang out and watch films or go climbing. Equally people respect each other’s space :) You’d be sharing with 3 single people and 2 couples. They’re super nice and down to earth people and have been great to live with.

The room is the largest in the house, and boasts a sick view over Bristol of the suspension bridge. It comes unfurnished and includes all bills.

The house has 6 rooms spread over four floors, a large kitchen, a living room, a fairly big garden, a lovely view of Bristol, 4 toilets, and 3 showers. And a small forest worth of house plants.

The location is great, about 25 minute walk to Temple Meads or the Centre, lots of green spaces nearby, nice local pubs, and both North and East Street on our doorstep.

The room will be available from early December.
