Furnished double bedroom with use of own bathroom, available on a MONDAY-FRIDAY basis in a modern, purpose built two bedroom flat.

The room has a kingsize bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers, plus side unit.

Bathroom has electric shower over bath, shaver point, wc and sink.

Kitchen has a washer/dryer, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer and you'll have your own cupboard space.

All bills are included and there's a shared garden area and locked bike shed with posts to secure bikes.

The flat is a 20m walk to the centre, 5m to North St with bars, tobacco factory, deli etc; 5m to East St & Asda Bedminster and there's a Tesco on the doorstep.

Would suit anyone working in or around Bristol on Monday to Friday and home at weekends. I'm flexible on whether that means arriving Sunday night if you have a long trip.

If you happen to be looking for a vegetarian housemate I'm vegan but am not specifically looking for the same, only someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of my home.

I've lived in Bristol for some time and always around North St as it's a great area and the centre and surrounding areas are readily walkable / accessible by bike or bus.
