Available now! I have 2 rooms available in my house-share, both furnished (double-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table). The rent is £400 a month, and bills work out to £110 per month. Referencing typically takes a week as long as referees reply quickly. Please note, you must be referrable in the UK, so this may not be suitable if you're new to the UK.

I am are looking for two working persons, male or female. I'd prefer someone over 30, and all i require is mature, considerate and tidy flatmates. You must love cats as there is one in residence. It would particularly suit quieter older persons - I'm not boring, but this certainly isn't a party house!

I am a forty-something bloke, pretty chilled, a light smoker, mostly in my room, but occasionally in the sitting room so you must be okay with that (smokers are fine, but preferably not heavy smokers).

The house is just off North St, very close to lots of shops and easy walking distance from town. If you have any interest in graphic novels or vinyl you will particularly like the house :)
