The room overlooks the back garden and nearby park and is fully furnished. The house is an end of terrace house, with a large living and dining area, kitchen, back garden, street parking, secure place for bikes, an upstairs bathroom and a second toilet downstairs.
Town is within easy access - a 40 minute walk, or a few minutes to the bus stops, or 10 minutes to the train stations, or a 15-20 minute cycle ride!
You will be sharing the house with me (owner). I am 35, female and a professional. I am looking for a friendly, tidy, professional who is vegetarian/vegan, a non-smoker and no pets or couples please.
If you like, you will have access to yoga classes on site, as I teach at home (this is in a separate room so won't affect you if you don't want to join!).
Rent is £420 including bills - includes WiFi, TV license (no TV so you can bring your own/use your computer), council tax, water, gas and electricity. Deposit is one month's rent.
