My lovely tenant will be leaving and moving abroad the room is available now a must see in our very friendly house.! Just an easy 15 minute walk to the city centre in one direction and a 10 minute walk to the vibrant North street in the other. With its fantastic independant shops, bars, restaurants, the famous Tobacco Factory, Artisan bakery, gym and local supermarkets Windmill Hill is a great place to live. Bedmister train station is a 30 second stroll down the road with regular connections to Temple Meads.

WHAT YOU GET

The property is a 4 bed MiniMO all ensuite rooms and a great back garden and patio area perfect for alfesco dining. We have also added a bike lock up area. The new stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with brand new appliances including induction hob, washing machine and American fridge freezer - nothing needs to be provided! The lounge and dining area provdes comfortable seating incuding a gaming bean bag and flat screen TV. Our SKY Q pakage includes over 270 channels and great speeds for downloading and streaming together with the SKY Q app so you can also watch live on your mobile or tablets.

All rooms have ensuites and are furnished with brand new furniture. Each room comes with touch screen keyless door lock, USB socket, SKY Q mini box, double bed with orthopaedic mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table. There is space for a desk too.

The room rate includes all the usual bills, gas, electric, TV licence, council tax and SKY. We also have a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas and bedrooms can be cleaned on request. On street parking available.

Our existing three tenants are a group of clean, tidy respectful individuals who enjoy chat and a drink after work.

YOUR DEPOSIT

There is a deposit of one months rent plus a holding fee of £150 which is deducted from firsts months rent. Deposits are proetected in an approved deposit protection scheme.
