Ideal if you're looking for a quiet, calm home (this is not a party house!) I am looking for a friendly professional or mature student - who is independent and like me, is out one or two evenings and sometimes at weekends so there is a good balance of home and going out time. I work 8-5 - mostly from home at present though I will return more to office working.

Nearby to trendy Southville (20 minute walk) with bars, cafes, restaurants, a theatre and gym. Two supermarkets and independent food shops are all within easy walking distance.

Excellent accessible location. The following transport stops are all within a 10-15 minute walk: The airport bus (A1) and train station (Parson Street - linking to Bristol Temple Meads) and buses (75/76) regularly go to the city-centre. The metro bus runs into the centre and onto North Bristol including UWE. Bristol Temple Meads and Temple Quay is 15 minutes by bike.
