Fully furnished double In Bedmister area

Hey!

We are a couple in our early 30s and are live-in landlords of this three-bed house that we have recently refurbished! We are looking for a new lodger to move in :)

The house has a big open-plan living room and kitchen which we use often in the evenings - along with a second living room we are currently redecorating so is not pictured! We have a big bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath as well as a downstairs toilet. In addition, we have a utility room kitted with an American-style fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.

The kitchen is fully kitted out, including a big Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher and microwave. We're continually making our house and home!

We have a big garden which we love to spend time in and have been growing our own veg and flowerbeds! The garden also includes a shed with a lock for bike storage.

We keep things nice and chill within the house, we love to host dinner parties and BBQs in the summer with our padding pool (!) as we are very social but it's not a party house. A glass of wine and a board game or film is a perfect evening but we also love to get our friends round for some food!

As well as all of the above we have driveway parking with a space available.

We are looking for someone respectful and tidy, we don't have cleaning rotas - everyone is treated as adults and we try and keep the place clean and homely.

The room is ideal for a working professional who is social but also independent and is up for some communal meals on occasion. Ideally, the right individual doesn't work from home the majority of the time.

The room is a double with good storage, overlooking the garden. Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. Ready to move in on 1st March!
