Double Bedroom

MON-FRI LET for one person and would be ideal for a professional person working in Bristol during the week and returning home at the weekends.

Our children have flown the next, hence we have a spare room.
We are, Jackie (in between jobs) and My husband Simon who is an infrastructure IT engineer at GKN. We are chilled and relaxed and want whoever moves in to feel that this is their home too.
Happy to have a cuppa or share a glass or two of wine at the end of the day or equally happy for you to have your own space 😊

Just off the bustling Gloucester Road you’d find lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes and quirky shops and it’s a 25 min walk to the centre and there’s an array of buses only 2 mins from our home. Conveniently situated for Southmead hospital, Airbus, BAE, MOD and Rolls Royce.

It’s a quiet residential road with free on street parking.

The double bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden with a pond. Room next to the shared bathroom. Our neighbours are quiet.
We have a puppy, so you’ll need to like dogs 🐾🐶
Rent includes all bills.
The room has a new TV with Sky/Netflix.
Shared bathroom and kitchen so you are welcome to use kitchen equipment.
Use of exercise bike and cross trainer in another spare room or the BS7 gym is a stones throw away.
Bed linen will be washed weekly.
