Hello!

We have a large double room available in our 5-bed house share in Bishopston (BS7).

We’re a friendly and eclectic houseshare looking for someone sociable and laid-back, who we hope will enjoy living here! We are a fairly peaceful and tidy house, though also indulge in the occasional evening of music and laughter. The housemates are aged 24-30 (2 girls, 2 boys) and have a variety of interests / hobbies including music, art, books, film+tv, cycling, running or whatever strikes the mood!

The room is furnished and contains:
- Double bed w/ night stands
- Large wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Large, sunny windows

The house & garden:
- Kitchen/diner with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (all brand new)
- Spacious living room with TV
- Large communal bathroom
- Downstairs loo
- Large garden with patio/garden furniture
- Space available in garden to keep bikes
- Large upstairs landing with space for drying clothes
- We have one dedicated parking space at the front of the property. On street parking is easily available.

The local area:
- 10 min walk from Gloucester road (lots of independent shops/cafes/restaurants/bars)
- 10 min walk from St Werburgh's City Farm/allotments
- Local gyms/yoga studio nearby
- 15 min walk from St Andrew's park
- Number 70 bus stop is at the bottom of our road (easy access to town)
- Co-op/Aldi/Lidl supermarkets are a few minutes walk.

The nitty gritty:
- All bills currently come to around £85 per person per month.
- We expect all tenants to contribute to council tax (even those with student status). This is included in the £85.
- Agency fees are payable when you sign the contract. References needed.
- A deposit is needed to secure the room: £400
