We are three professionals aged between 26-36 looking for a housemate to join our tidy but relaxed home in Bishopston from the 1st of November.
We are looking for a professional of a similar age who is sociable and might enjoy the occasional glass of wine but no party animals please! We enjoy each other’s company but likewise have busy lives filled with work and hobbies. Christine is also a keen rock climber so if anyone shares an interest in this it would be a bonus! If this sounds good to you please drop us a line telling us a little bit about yourself.
The rent is £375 per month excluding bills. Bills will come to around £90 - 100 per month (gas, electricity, council tax, water, Virgin Media TV and broadband). The deposit is £317.30 and you will also need to complete a tenant reference check which is a one off fee of £54.
The house has a living room, kitchen/dining space, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower), back garden and bicycle store.
Sorry, no smokers, students or couples.
Look forward to hearing from you!
